Whether you’re looking to enhance your well-being through movement such as yoga and Pilates, or seeking inspiration from my travel adventures, you’ve come to the right place. I’m Siri, a yoga and Pilates teacher, and passionate traveler from Vienna, Austria, now embracing the serene beauty of Bali as my home.

In my yoga and Pilates classes, I focus on empowerment through growth opportunities and the importance of self-care.

These principles have been instrumental in my personal growth, helping me build mental resilience, strength, and a deeper connection with myself. During my classes, I encourage you to listen to your body and mind, honoring your own needs and boundaries. Together, we create a space where you can recharge, grow, and thrive.

Self-care is a vital part of my approach. Engaging in a self-care routine has helped me reduce anxiety and stress, calm down my nervous system and get my energy up an running again. Pilates and Yoga allowed me to disconnect and enjoy the mo(ve)ment, providing my body with the exercise it needs. Therefore, I believe that taking time for yourself, whether through movement, mindfulness, or simply enjoying a moment of peace, is essential for overall well-being.

Empowerment through growth opportunities is another core principle I embrace. Life and practice both present obstacles, but these challenges are opportunities for growth. By working through demanding poses and sequences, you build not only physical strength but also mental resilience. My goal is to help you realize your potential, both on and off the mat, fostering a sense of empowerment and confidence in your everyday life.
